History

The VKP spol. s r.o. Chrudim company was established in 1991. It first concentrated on providing commercial and technical services and on machine engineering fabrication. Step by step we have continued extending our range of services and other activities offered.

Today, we not only provide technical services but also manufacture products both in our own premises and in partnership with companies in the neighbourhood guaranteeing high standard of quality.

VKP consists of a team of 170 people involved in organising and managing our business, taking care of the high quality of our products and ensuring that the contracted dates are met. Whenever possible, from technological and capacity point of view, our products are made in our factory VKP Strojírna Radim or in the Strojírna Potůček company, of which we are the majority owner. Thus we can be highly flexible, step into the manufacturing process at any point, supervise the product quality and make sure that the product is made and despatched by required dates. Special jobs needed during the manufacture of a product (splitting material by water, laser cutting, forging) are subcontracted.

The Strojírna Potůček, s.r.o. company received the ISO 9001 Certificate and the Big Welding Certificate of SLV Hannover in 1999.
